I started as the 4am producer at FOX61 nearly five years ago — so so hungry to get into the news business. We had a different show name, different logo, different look, different company, different team, and our morning show was merely six hours long.
I never would have imagined, five years later I would be leading this seven-hour show and this huge team to some of the best ratings successes the stations has ever seen.
After all these blessings, this chapter is coming to a close.
Friday is my last day at FOX61.
It’s a huge mix of emotions. I learned just about everything I know about this business from the people in this building! I am so appreciative to those to gave me (many) chances over the years, and to every person that I’ve worked with. Leaving my team is actually very sad — I like everyone so much. I’m looking forward to seeing you all break more records!
I am excited for what’s next! I’ll share more when I can formally. Thanks to everyone who has mentored me!
