Spent the last month creating a new TV show for NBC! Now, It’s unbelievable to see it on the air across the country.
NBC News Daily is a new midday newscast 12-4p on NBC’s streaming network, and one of those hours airs LIVE on each of NBC’s 200+ TV stations across the U.S., based on time zone.
NBC needed a new show to fill the spot of the soap opera “Days of our Lives” after a 57-year run, and it was an honor that they chose my team to produce it.
After a lot of lost sleep, the new studio, new graphics and new show are on the air with the latest breaking news Mon-Fri!
My anchors Morgan Radford and Vicky Nguyen cover the first two hours (in NYC, CT, Boston, Philly, Chicago, Atlanta, etc), and Aaron Gilchrist and Kate Snow pick up the second two hours (LA, Houston, Phoenix, etc).
This really has been a dream! And I’m blessed to work with such a hard working team. Hope you tune in!!
