I have never been a fan of seafood. I don’t like fish too much. But while in New Orleans, I decided to be adventurous. We went to a place famous for sea food and instead of being my normal safe self and get chicken or steak, I decided to be daring. I asked Jamie Hill what she suggested for a non-sea food professional. I decided on getting redfish. I was hoping it had lots of flavor and side dishes to hide the fish taste.
