A JOURNEY BEGINS: EIC11
My trip began at 10:00am this morning;–meeting at the Quinnipic student center, taking a van to JFK and catching a 2:50pm flight to New Orleans to the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), Excellence in Journalism (EIC11) conference. I will be here for four days and I’ll do my best to chronicle my experience here on my blog to keep all my loyal fans updated. And yes… that does mean for my biggest fans: Eunes, and my parents

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IN ON FOURSQUARE
After a thrilling discussion about social media at a grill in JFK, our flight left on time and the flight was thankfully very smooth. It was perfect and I got here safely.

SO HOW ABOUT THAT AIRLINE FOOD?
Jet Blue is quite an awesome consumer airline, so shout out to them. Everyone gets their own tv with a bunch of channels, three in flight movies, and XM satellite radio for entertainment. They also offer a verity of snacks (yes, more than just peanuts). I had blue potato chips (I know, how scandalous?). THEN he asked “anything else?” To which the voice in my head responded “Oh no way! I get more than one snack?!”
I tip my hat to you, Jet Blue.

I’LL SEE YOU WHEN I SEE YOU, GOODNIGHT
Moe to come on the trip. That should be obvious, or this whole revamp of the blog thing would be a let down.
Lastly, I am tired.
